Jeff Tedesco, Founder and CEO of ReadyToPlay, has spent the last 24 years in sales and marketing for Silicon Valley technology companies. He worked for leading companies such as IBM, Software Publishing Corporation and Banyan Systems. He also worked with two startup companies, FirstFloor Software and Andromedia, both of which were successfully acquired in 2001. His last role was Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Macromedia, a software development company based in San Francisco, California. His passion for music has spanned over 30 years. He was a DJ for a local radio station, has worked in concert promotion and wrote concert and record reviews for local newspapers. His first love is classic rock and he attends live performances regularly. ReadyToPlay combines his lifetime interests; technology, music and customer service.

Peter Cholnoky is a member of the Advisory Board for ReadyToPlay.  Peter currently is CEO of Request Inc. based in Ballston Spa, New York.  He has over twenty-five years of experience in building, managing, and developing high-technology businesses. During his career, he has founded two companies, Quelsys, an enterprise software company offering on-demand marketing automation solutions, and Fox Industries, a web services company focused on building online communities. Additionally, he raised over $10 million in venture funding and won the Business Man of the Year Award from his local Chamber of Commerce.  Peter also worked for Apple Computer Corporation for ten years where he was responsible for managing major accounts and channel distribution partnerships generating over $400 million in annual revenue.  Peter received his BA from Dartmouth College.

Randy Stearns is a member of the Advisory Board for ReadyToPlay.  Randy is President of Engineered Environments based in Alameda, California.  Engineered Environments is one of the nation’s premier residential electronics systems companies and a CE Pro Top 25 Company.  Mr. Stearns has been the Chairman for CEDIA Expo 2006, is a member of the CEDIA Board of Directors and sits on the Advisory Board of Kaleidescape.  Regarded by his peers as a leader in the residential systems integration industry, his entrepreneurial and organizational skills in business, finance and operations make him a sought-after lecturer and advisor to the industry.  Randy has served as instructor and panelist at internationally attended CEDIA, CES, NSCA, EH Expo, Connections and ISC events.  Randy holds a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
