Our ReadyToPlay Secure gold-standard process starts with your consultation and continues all the way to delivery of your digital files.

Consultation:  We want to talk to you prior to starting your project! Call us, ask the hard questions and we’ll start the job with you fully-educated.  We want you to be comfortable with all aspects of the process and have all your expectations covered!  Please contact us at 650-213-9300.

Order Processing:  We will take your order by phone. We’ll agree to the format, shipping and output options and give you the information you need to begin. All transactions will be billed to a credit card on job completion and shipment back to you.

CD Shipment:  You can ship your CDs to us however you like – via spindles (provided), in jewel cases or in binders.  We take them however you have them, to make the process as simple as it can be for you.  For an even higher level of security, we can purchase Vaultz CD binders for you to ship your CDs.   

CD Conversion:

• All Secure Ripping is done on exclusive hardware and with the latest of software technology. 
• A technician will examine each CD for the data that is returned while monitoring the Accurate Rip analysis of audio quality. 
• Professional-grade Disc Repair (read more here) will be performed on all CDs not meeting our Secure Rip specifications.
• Any cleaned CDs not able to meet Secure Rip standards will be documented for end user review.
• Scanning of unidentified cover art for CDs with jewel cases.

Output:  After Secure Ripping, ReadyToPlay will output the data files to the NAS, external drive or media server available.

Return CD shipment: CDs will be returned in its original packaging via UPS and will be insured for $12/CD.  Custom shipping options are available.

Disaster Recovery:  ReadyToPlay will keep a copy of your music files for a period of 10 days, while your collection is in transit, should any problems arise and a need for backup and restore occur.
